The licensing model of the CopyRight2 Midrange and Enterprise Edition separate license from support costs. CopyRight2 Midrange Edition ships with 5 and the Enterprise Edition with 10 support cases. Support cases opened because of a product defect, will not be deducted from your remaining support incidents. Additional support incidents can be obtained here in our store or from a reseller. Activations made with the Midrange Edition, will expire after a year and automatically move back to the pool of licenses and then can be assigned to the same or different systems. The Enterprise Edition offers unlimited activations.
