Using CopyRight2's Pre-installed Reports (Part 3/3)

[Part 3/3] - In this video you can see how to use the included Reporting Server reports to analyze data collected during computer & Active Directory scans.

Using CopyRight2's Pre-installed Reports (Part 3/3)

This is the third and final part of our video series on how to collect domain infrastructure information using Sys-Manage CopyRight2's Infrastructure Reporting module. The video explains how to use the pre-installed Reporting Services reports to analyze the data collected and imported into the SQL Server database.

The pre-installed reports include information about resources (for example disk capacity, file shares, files, folders, permissions), users, groups and computers. Here you can find a comprehensive list of included reports.

If what you need is not covered, you can always define your own custom reports, using Microsoft's Report Builder, which is covered in the supplemental "How To Build Custom Reports With MS Report Builder" tutorial video.

Environment

The server that SQL-Server 2016 and the Reporting Services were installed on in this video is running Windows 2012 R2. You could install it on a newer version of Windows, for example Windows 2016 or 2019 as well. The system has the 64-bit version of CopyRight2 installed.
